She has dedicated her career to supporting youth and underserved communities, balancing hands-on coaching and development with strategic event coordination to raise critical funding and resources. Carrie believes that sustainable change requires both financial investment and strong structural support, ensuring long-term impact for the organizations and individuals she serves.

A Decade of Collaboration and Leadership

As a longtime collaborator with Pyvytal, Carrie has worked alongside founder Dre’Sha Singleton for over a decade, managing major fundraising campaigns, summer programs, and large-scale events. Together, they have overseen celebrity and VIP logistics, event transportation, and event gifting, ensuring seamless execution and meaningful experiences. Carrie also plays a key role in managing communication and social media content, amplifying the reach and impact of nonprofit initiatives.

Driving Meaningful Change Through Philanthropy

Carrie’s expertise in philanthropy development, stakeholder engagement, and operational strategy has supported thousands of youth and numerous nonprofit organizations, with each event serving over 150 young people at a time. She is passionate about expanding her reach into various nonprofit sectors, using her deep experience to support mission-driven organizations in creating lasting change. She firmly believes that a community cannot progress without uplifting its most underserved members and is committed to leveraging her skills to drive meaningful impact.

A Life of Exploration and Connection

In her free time, Carrie enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, often exploring destinations from the islands of Hawai’i to the Midwest and beyond. With a strong connection to athletics, the Gutierrez family can often be found at a field somewhere, embracing the spirit of competition and teamwork. They believe in two things that feed the soul—contributing to society’s most vulnerable and exploring the world—and when those two passions align, their hearts are fulfilled.

Education and Professional Development

Carrie is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a degree in Sports Management and holds a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University.
